We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. Any color difference issue, unless agreed by Dexpel will not consider a return or replace case.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your DEXPEL™ purchase you may return it as per the Return Policy conditions.
Indemnification

Materials provided to DEXPEL™ or posted at any DEXPEL™ platform
DEXPEL™ does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to DEXPEL™(including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any DEXPEL™ Website or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting DEXPEL™, and its affiliated companies to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein.
DEXPEL™ disclaims its rights in most of the art work material. In cases where the art work was paid and is in knowledge of the company, we are not liable to entertain any infringement calls. In cases where the calling party proves that it’s a copyrighted art work, DEXPEL™ will immediately remove those images. Please be assured that it is the duty of the artist or the company to point out that its artwork didn’t allowed copy/reproduction etc.
